1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and deei11 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the deei11 website, mobile application, and all associated services including Sports Betting, Casino, Live Casino, Slots, and any promotional features offered through the Platform.

3. Your Account

3.1 Registration

To access the full features of deei11, you need to register an account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your name, date of birth, contact number, and payment details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on deei11. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under a different name — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, deei11 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. deei11 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where the breach resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify deei11 support immediately. We recommend changing your password regularly and not using the same password across multiple services.

3.4 Account Verification

deei11 may require you to verify your identity at any point, particularly before processing a withdrawal. Verification may require you to submit a copy of a national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, or confirmation of your payment method. Accounts that cannot be verified to our satisfaction may have withdrawal requests delayed or declined pending satisfactory documentation.

3.5 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting deei11 support. Balances remaining in a closed account will be paid out subject to completed verification. deei11 reserves the right to close accounts that are found to be in breach of these Terms without prior notice.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

deei11 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. The following payment methods are currently supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit cards, credit cards, and mobile wallets. All payment accounts or cards used for deposits must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your deei11 balance within seconds. Bank Transfer and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on processing times. deei11 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed on the same day. Bank Transfer withdrawals are usually completed within one to two business days.

Withdrawals are only available once your account has passed the relevant identity verification checks. deei11 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing a withdrawal where it is deemed necessary for security or compliance purposes.

4.4 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account at the time of the transaction. These limits may vary depending on your payment method and account verification status. Specific limits for each method are shown within the cashier section of your account.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet has been confirmed on deei11, it is final and cannot be changed or cancelled. You are responsible for checking your bet slip before confirming. deei11 will not reverse bets on the basis that you made a mistake in the selection or the stake amount.

5.2 Odds and Markets

The odds displayed on deei11 at the time you place your bet are the odds that will apply to that bet. Live betting odds fluctuate in real time — once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds are locked. Market availability and odds are subject to change without notice, particularly for in-play betting.

5.3 Void Bets

deei11 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: where a clear and obvious error has been made in the display of odds (such as an odds value that is demonstrably incorrect due to a technical error); where an event is cancelled or abandoned before the required portion has been completed; or where deei11 has evidence that the integrity of an event has been compromised.

5.4 Match Results

The result of an event will be determined by deei11 based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant sporting body. In the case of cricket and PSL matches, the result declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board or the relevant tournament authority will be used. deei11's decision on the outcome of a market is final.

5.5 Maximum Payout

Maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per event may apply. These limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placing a wager. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum for a given bet will be paid at the maximum payout amount.

6. Casino Games

The deei11 Game Lobby offers Slots, Live Baccarat, Live Blackjack, Live Roulette, Poker variants, Crash Games, Arcade titles, and other casino game formats. All games are provided by third-party software studios and use certified random number generators (RNG) or real live dealer mechanics. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published by game providers and available within individual game information panels.

For Live Casino games, a stable internet connection is required. Disconnection during a live game does not automatically void the round — any bets placed before disconnection will stand. deei11 is not responsible for losses incurred due to connection issues on your end.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the deei11 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and withholding of balances pending investigation:

• Registering under a false name or providing fraudulent identity documentation.
• Creating more than one account for any reason.
• Using any form of software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting any bug, technical error, or system vulnerability for financial gain.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any bet or casino game through collusion or match-fixing.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent or illegal means.
• Using another person's payment method or account to fund your deei11 balance.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering purpose or in connection with any illegal financial activity.

9. Responsible Gaming
